As strategy director at BBMG, I led a multi-phase partnership with Cengage as they transformed from a legacy textbook publisher to digital learning enhancer. Highlights of this work included naming and launching Cengage Unlimited, a a first-of-its-kind subscription service aka “Netflix for textbooks”, refreshing the Cengage brand overall and developing a talent recruitment and employee engagement strategy.
In less than six months from its launch, Cengage sold more than one million subscriptions to Cengage Unlimited and following the overall rebrand and culture work, Cengage was named one of Glassdoor’s 2019 Best Places to Work.
